Got My Wheels Painted...Tires Tomorrow

Got my wheels back from the paint shop yesterday and ordered my tires today. Was told that I will have them on tomorrow. :driving:

I am going with Cooper STT 285/75...I hope they fit.

Do you have a lift? If not, then they won't fit without rubbing some.

They look really nice but I hope you didn't have to pay a lot for it to be done. Mine look almost that good with rattle can and can be easily touched up. Hope I'm not raining on your parade because those will look great with the Cooper tires on.

I have a lift so they should fit. I am just being pessimistic.
Not for sure what the white stuff is? It is not wax, maybe bare metal.

I did not pay to much for the job.
I wanted a semi professional looking wheel paint job. I done my research on this board and can't thank you guys enough. This place is Aces! :thumb3:

I went with the STT because of the driving I will be doing with my rig.

Look just like mine. How much was the painting? I spent alot on materials to spray paint mine myself.

16x8 with 4.5" BS if memory serves me right.

Hopefully they don't chip the edges when they mount them... That'd be the pitts.

Take them to a wheel specialty shop (not a tire store) with a receipt for the paint job in your pocket. A good aftermarket wheel store should have the machines to do it right. If they can mount low profiles on 24" rims with out scratching them, the off road tires should be cake for them.

Why do you hunt coyotes? Serious question. I assume you don't eat them or mount their heads anywhere as trophies, then what is the point?

Here is SoCal there isn't much hunting but some guys hunt deer/elk for sport and then eat the meat, no big deal to me.

Not sure where he's talking about but in some areas they are a nuisance, killing live stock and such
