Yeah everyone I've talked to said La La was pretty meh. I've never seen it though.

I have heard good things about the Malala movie as well but not sure if that's just NPR hype. Anytime religion is covered I am pretty skeptical, especially with the political correctness run amok lately. For example I enjoy watching VICE News on HBO but it is blatantly biased and hardcore left. Their coverage of Jordan Peterson was basically a hit job having a 2 hr interview and releasing only < 15 min of it.

I watched "once upon a time in the west" last night again. Still a great movie even all these years later. I googled some about this movie and learned that Eastwood turned down the part of "Harmonica". Mr. Bronson died in 03' wow I'm getting along in years. Check it out if y'all haven't seen it and be sure to watch the longer version( makes more sense). Also try "the turbo kid" on netflix. It's "joker" from top gun!! Maverick and goose are dead, let's go home.

Ummmm hello. Literally one of my favorite movies of all time. The restored Blu Ray looks great. And despite being a huge Eastwood fan I am quite glad he wasn't the one in that role. Bronson is just amazing.

John Wick - great movie

My wife and I liked it so much I bought John Wick 2 from my phone as we were watching the first one.

John Wick I was great with a solid story. JW II was totally unnecessary and the story was far weaker. The wife and I were super excited to see JW II and unfortunately were pretty meh about it. It felt like unnecessary violence.

I have always enjoy listening to Phantom of the Opera...and this past weekend, i bought Blu-Ray of the 2004 movie...really good rendition of the play i think. Soundtrack is just amazing.

I thought that John Wick 2 was terrible. deleted it about halfway in. Nonstop killing...

I thought that last 'Mummy' with Tom Cruise was not bad.

Also watched an oldie 'The Lion In Winter'...great movie.
Peter O'toole, Anthony Hopkins, Katharine Hepburn.
Some twisted family life there.

I finally watched Thor Ragnarok. My kids and I enjoyed it. Good laughs, great action and Hulk was awesome!
