Where are those Hella lights manufactured? I've been looking for some American made offroad lights, but can't find many for a good price.

Good quality Hella lights are made in Germany. Mexican are not that good.

If anyone is interested in my brackets that I used to have installed, you can have them for free, just pay shipping.

I know I'm only a few months late on this post but do you still have the brackets? I'm interested in doing this but don't have to have any of the right tools to do it myself

Thanks so much for all the info guys. Was looking around quite a bit for a solution to moung some auxiliary lights on my 4runner. defiant doesn't appear to be around anymore, those front licence plate light holders don't look like they'd work with our plastic front licence plate mounts, and I don't want a 32" LED lightbar up front. This looks like one of my few viable options. I do think , at least in my mind that if we added a "knee brace" type 45 degree support to another right able bend going up, that the vibration would be lessoned.....going to see if I can find a local fabrication shop to make me 2 of what I'm talking about and I will post pictures when I'm done. This mod probably won't be done for a few months, as I won't be able to afford all the stuff at once. Was looking at some lights by black oak LED, all the reviews of them seem awesome and I spoke to a rep who was super helpful.
