Hello all,
I'm now a new owner of a 03 SR5 V6 4X4.

I pick it up tonight and I cant wait!!!

Quick question...
I heard a small clatter under WOT when i test drove it the other night... should i be frightened? I had them check it out and they said its normal... cause its new...
thanks

Congratulations! Love mine, and think you will, too.

Not sure what you mean by WOT. Please elaborate so I can provide my experiences. However, I've not heard a "clatter" under load yet.

WOT: Wide Open Throttle

I dont konw if its a clatter, but just something i dont hear when its idle or when im accelerating slowy or the RPMs are lower.

I found a thread that discussed something similiar to what i am describing, so im going by that for now. If you have any other new insight, please feel free to enlighten me on what this could be.

Thanks!

Congrats......I guess a lot of cars will be sold this weekend. I bet after this weekend only a few 03 4Runners will be left, the ones with options people don't want.

Have fun this Labor Day weekend with YOUR NEW 4RUNNER.:dancin: :dancin: :dancin:

Oh i have def been having fun... I can feel it breaking in as i drive it as well. It had 9 miles on it when i picked it up...

Bad thing is is that it rained here, so now i have to go out there and wash it tomorrow... PITA

We have to liven this forum up a little... I am a moderator of an Explorer Forum and there are hundred of people signed in all the time...

I Have a suggestion, we start a hot babe thread...

I just need the ok from a moderator to do that, i dont know the rules here so i dont want to step on any ones toes.

The BIGGER question is....what the hell were you doing on an Explorer board???!!:dunno::D

You can change to whatever title you want:

1. Go to "User CP"
2. Go to "Edit Profile"
3. Go to "Custom User Text:"
4. Enter NEW TITLE.

Hope this helps.

Sorry about.. I looked after i posted. So i went back and deleted my post cause i saw how to do it. Thanks for explaining though!
