Moving over to the 5th Gen Forum,
On Thursday my 2001 decided break something and suck it in the intake, lit up like a christmas tree and started doing bad things.

Well Now I'm the proud owner of a Silver 2016 TE and want to say hi,

The wife has banned mods for the first year since I usually start drilling holes in the firewall from day one. I'm also not allowed to mention getting another vehicle for the next 7 years but I'm OK with that.

put her in the drivers seat for that next 4WD adventure...She'll be onboard with whatever change makes it more fun to her...



i brought home my SR5, the wife looked at "i dont like that face...", then drove it "i dont know if i like it...its too big and brauny"...the next thing i know is "so that's OURs right?" :wow: :cry:

Welcome, my wife said the same thing with the 2011 4runner.She said your not going to lift this one like you did the others. I said ok I won't. One week after I bought it, it was lifted with new tires and rims. All she said was I new it.
 
Welcome to the forum. Give it a week and you'll be itching to mod your 4runner especially if you will be on the forums reading everything.
 
maybe skip the this forum and go straight to marriage counseling, or hope she just does not notice. And congrats on the new ride!

...and my truck is comfy to sleep in if it ever comes to that.

I wish Toyota left the power outlet in the glove box, first order was to put back on my Yakima roof basket, Next is hardwire in the dash cam. Stupid me forgot to take my Spider Trax off the old 4runner before trading it in. Keep kicking myself.

It has only been a few days if you are cool with your dealer call and let them know that you left them on the vehicle and see if the would remove the spacers for you. Probably has not been wholesaled yet.

Thanks, I call the next day but it was already off the lot.
