HID question for people in the know

So, I installed the H11 Xenon kit from xenondepot.com, I even upgraded to the phillips bulb... Install went fine (I think) and when I power the lights on, everything lights up and you can hear the Ballast working. I'm driving around and notice that the lights are not very bright, at least not compared to the LED fogs I put in. Anyway... When I got home I pulled up to the back of my garage and noticed that the passenger side had a strong beam of light on the wall and the driver side had light coming out but not nearly as strong as the other side. I double checked my hook ups and it all seemed to be the same and everything was clicked together. Any thoughts? Could I have bad bulb? I plan on calling, but thought one of you guys (or gals) would think of a solution.

Do some swapping side-to-side. Bulbs first since they're easiest, then ballasts.

If you're lucky, and it's a bad component, the problem will follow to the other side. As a double check, reverse the procedure to eliminate a bad connection or ground.

EDIT: First, check your ground connections. Poor grounding is a common problem.

Same thing happened to me. I just bought and installed the same setup on my 2015 and having the exact same problems. I first had a bad beam pattern on the passenger side.

I then contacted xenon depot and they said to check if I have the bulbs seated correctly. I rechecked them several times and pretty sure they are good. Beam pattern continued to be the same as the above picture. They then asked me to swap the bulbs. This worked out pretty good and I'm happy with the passenger side now. The driver side is dimmer and the light concentration is a little lower than the driver side but not as bad as before.

I then took the bulbs out again and showed customer support and they think that the grommets may have been flipped backwards. I got lazy and haven't tried flipping the grommets yet.

I should put a pic up. Maybe I can do it latter. See how you have two beams of light? I only have that on the passenger side. The driver side has light coming out, but its very spread out...
 
Hopefully this gets resolved because I'm looking to get some for my lo beam. Might just stick to ones I've used in the past with no issues
 
Raven33 - Your driver's side headlight is angled lower then the passenger side headlight, so the passenger side will always appear to be brighter. Your LED fogs may appear to be brighter because of the contrast that they create on the road (higher kelvin) - they also don't have a defined "cut off" like your headlights.

Atx4runnertrdpro - Your grommets appear to be "squished" or pressed down which means that the bulbs are not seated properly in the housing. This is how an h11 grommet is suppose to be (compare them to your pic):

Thanks Steve. I hear you, but Something still doesn't seem right. I'll get a pic of them tonight against the wall. I think that will help explain it better.
 
You do know that Phillips does not make a genuine H11 HID bulb. Anything claiming to be a brand name in a normal halogen designation is a re-based bulb or a flat out lie to begin with. Anything re-based is aftermarket and thus the quality is never going to come close to a genuine OEM bulb.

Philips no longer makes aftermarket HID kits. The Philips bulb upgrade that we offer with our Xtreme HID kit uses a Philips D2S bulb that was rebased into various halogen fitments. The quality of the bulb itself is still great because it uses Philips UV quartz glass, salts and gas. The only difference is the base of the bulb.
