I think your alignment specs look good. They are definitely well within Toyota specification. They could be fine tuned, but a lot of techs get the little notch on their computer screen in the "green" they call it a day. You will not get any abnormal tire wear with your alignment.
As for the steering wheel... are you saying the car pulls to the right or your steering wheel just is not centered? Your right caster is more forward than the left and this should compensate for the road crown.
If your steering wheel is offcenter, you could fix this yourself. I did after my alignment. Mine was off by about 20 degrees. I rotated each tie rod 1/2 turn (one side clockwise, other counterclockwise, depending on which way you need to push/pull the wheel to match the steering wheel) until I got everything perfect. I'd bet my house I'm still dead-on within Toyota spec.
