You should be fine without having to do anything- just mount the tires up and enjoy having 33s! This is assuming stock wheels, aftermarket wheels may push the tires out and cause rubbing on the fender flares.
Ideally you'd have enough caster adjustment to push the tires forward and away from the body mount. You should be fine unless your alignment adjusters are seized.

Not quite sure yet just wanting to make sure i understand the implications. So at the very least I may need UCAs?

I had to trim and reweld my body mounts and heavily trim my OEM bumper to fit this tire size, even with a body lift and suspension lift that was close to 3.5". It may be because I was running wheel spacers but when I took those off it rubbed the frame slightly.
This was with FJ wheels, which are a different offset, so your results may vary.

I've been running 255/80 ST Maxx for a couple years now and I'm around 2.5-3" of lift with SPC UCA's and 5th gen wheels, no spacers. With the stock front bumper, I had to trim a little on the lower corner of the bumper and push the fender liners forward. I had previously removed the front mud flaps but you may need to remove yours if you haven't already. I'm close to the body mount but the tires have never rubbed them so I haven't cut them yet. Now with an aftermarket bumper, I have a ton of room up front so I'm thinking of going to 34-35's. Did some trimming underneath and was able to fit a 255 in the stock spare tire location. I haven't needed to trim anything for the rear tires but when fully stuffed, they do rub very slightly on the upper rear mud flaps. Hoping to build or buy an aftermarket rear bumper at some point to make room for 35's out back as well. Here's some pics of them;

That's good to know and I appreciate the heads-up...I'm not worried too much about the front with an aftermarket bumper and removed mud flaps on the front...I have currently about 3" annular clearance with my current setup, granted, they're worn and needing replacing now...I'll have some before and after shots for reference and I hope trimming isn't needed but we'll see.

I cut this piece out that is just behind the rear axle and keeps the spare from hitting the charcoal canister that is above it. With this piece in place, the 255 wanted to slide over it and contact the track bar.
I welded in a piece of 1/4"x 2" flat strap just below the charcoal canister that would allow the 255 to fit in between the frame cross members and help keep it away from the track bar like this;
There is still one more trick in getting a 255 up there as high as possible between the rear-most and second-most cross members, and that is to hoist the spare tire up flat, no pressure, then air it up when it's in place. The spare still drops fine when needed.

That's great to hear. I'm waiting on UCAs to arrive before installing my lift. Still have a few thousand miles left on the stock tires but hopefully not too far out from upgrading to the 255/80s.
TBD whether or not I'll buy the spare as well. I'm definitely not doing anything extreme enough to warrant it. If I can limp home on the stock size, I'll probably just deal with it.
