Htc droid DNA. Anyone have this yet?

Don't have it...but...had a HTC Incredible...a lot of problems with it...but I will say the support at HTC was AMAZING!. E-mail them and they are back to you within hours (on weekends), not with a form letter, but with a real response and suggestion. Reps would call me asking how things were going, follows up, etc. If you like the phone then get it, if you ever need support they will be there more than any company I have ever dealt with. Personally I went with the i5, but go with what you want/like.

My HTC vivid was a pos. Htc support was great, about the same as Otterbox.

The updates is what killed it for me. Every update would 'screw' the phone and I would have to do a factory reset. Without a sync ability and over 70 apps that meant a night or 2 of reloading (shoot me). That and every time I did plug it via usb it would create errors that would take days to fix. I'm sure they made improvements but i'm trying the grass on the other side right now.

I've had one for about a month now. The phone is great so far, really fast and no issues yet. The only thing I'm worried about is the battery life as time goes on.

Great phone from what I have read...kinda wish Google would have used THIS phone for the Nexus 4 instead of LG. HTC support is second to none. The only negative is the battery life and future of HTC. HTC has always been great in aftersale support, but it's recent abandonment of earlier phones (for software updates) is surprisingly, if not shocking. In addition, HTC is falling behind in market share since it really does not make anything in its phones (other than Sense software). HTC just puts the parts from different suppliers together. Sense software is also more bloated in recent times than competing software a (Touchwiz or Blur).
But, after saying that, I still would pick it over Samsung or Motorola. The only Android that I would favor over HTC is the Nexus line from Google. But Nexus line always seems like its missing a piece or two to make it perfect (like camera for instance).

Well guys so far it seems to be a pretty solid phone. Build quality is very nice and the contour of it doesn't make it feel like a 5" phone. I've been checking out xda-developers and the support from developers seems to be really high. The signal strength is greater than my galaxy s3 as well. I'm also digging the wireless charging too.
For $199, that's a pretty hard price to be for an android device. I obviously got a deal on mine and it's a limited edition so I couldn't pass it up. I would definitely recommend people spend some time with this device that are looking to upgrade or get a new phone.
