Thank goodness!

Glad to hear most of you came out pretty unscathed, but my heart does go out to those who were blindsided by those tornadoes...WOW! We here in the northeast just got a lot of rain and some significant flooding near the Delaware, but nothing as bad as in the south. Can you believe two more storms are now named...what is this ..a disater movie...sheesh. Those poor people in the carribean, as if they aren't destitute enough, now another storm hits Hati...do you think God is trying to tell us something!! Anywho, glad to hear from our southern friends! ( see all of us Yankees aren't that bad!

Anyways, after Ivan my mom (in Pensacola) now understands why I like 4wd. She couldn't get anywhere because of debris, trees, sand, you name it all over the town. Its been pretty bad.

My Sister from West Palm Beach called me today. They were hit harder than Frances and they of course are out of power. She just got power back on the 16th and she is SICK of all these storms.

I think this is the 3rd storm to hit GatorGreg in Orlando. I hope everyone is doing OK or at least semi-OK down there.

Woohoo - my power came back on last night Fortunately no damage to my house - I was lucky though cuz the neighbor on one side had several pine trees fall in his yard and the neigbor on the other side had shingles blow off.

I'm getting sick and f'ing tired of all these damn hurricanes!
