Okay, I have a couple more questions for you.
I really want to do the blacked out headlights, looks kinda like a PITA though.
Did you use special paint for plastics? Semi or Gloss? I know iFORCE used semi. Did you have fogging issues after you put them back together?
Are your side markers just markers or are they turn signals too?

the flares are one assembliage for each of the front ones, but for the back - they are divided into two because of the doors. but yeah, i suggest painting (or replacing) the headlights at the same time. blackening the headlights took about three hours. it really wasn't that bad. it was a little intimidating at first, but the hardest part was taking off the bumper, and the rest was cake. i did end up using the same paint as iforce. i didn't run into any problems with his write-up. just about flawless because it was an easy procedure. i think the painting was the only thing that kept me from completing this project under three hours. fogging only happens if you don't seel the housing, not a paint reaction, i think it's a myth. i wired the side markers to be lit all of the time, when i get bored with it i can switch it to signal later. get the flares ya ponce - late.

I contacted burtman and he quoted me almost $850 shipped just for the flares. He list the jaos aura grill a little over $400 with out shipping. .. Probably totaling $1300.. So you got a great deal...
That he is not gonna give no more. He's not budging either..

Do the flares come painted to match or do you have to have it done on your own?

The wider flares are whats missing on the new 4runners! I've got to get those...

i got them painted for $200. they came in with a low gloss black. if your wanted to keep it black, then all you need is a clear coat.
