Here is the production version V2 front bump stop. All the previous pictures of my V2 were of my prototypes. This is the production version, all cleaned up and with the 3/16" steel plate.

Great work, as always. Did you take 3/16" out of the original base design, the rubber portion, or is it 3/6" taller? I was first bummed about the shape change, because it made positioning them really nice. Then I saw the notch, and now think the round design is much cleaner looking.
Looking forward to see more jackasses beating these V2s up!

Looks fantastic! Can't wait to get them on my truck and test them out. Especially since I will have the kings on by the time I get there. They're being delivered on Friday.

I don't know as me actually wheeling my truck and pushing its limits makes me a jackass or just a tad crazy. But these bumpstops are only encouraging that behavior ound::flipoff:

Every major brand has a product testing division. You can bet your ass Joe Schmo sunday drivers aren't part of anybodies product testing. lol

How long did you have to wait for the Kings? I'm getting F/R ordered this week hopefully. I also hope to get them by the time the Dusy trip comes around in August.

I placed my order on June 25th and will be receiving them on July 6th. If you tell Filthy that you have a deadline they can relay that to king and generally get them to put a higher priority on the order. Filthy also has a decent amount of influence being one of the largest king dealers in the nation.

If your getting full custom shocks expect them to take longer though. The coilovers were especially fast because they're a pretty standard build.

I took 3/16 from the base. V2 is the same size just much, much more durable.

Received my V2 bumps today and had them installed in under 10 minutes. They're clearly way beefier than V1. Looking forward to putting them through the wringer over the next week. Well done [MENTION=146407]Plastics guy[/MENTION]!

I'm still thinking I'd like to replace the flange bolt with a button head just to gain a little more internal clearance but the Ace closest to me didn't have the right ones. I'll see what I can find tomorrow.

Right now I'm running OME 891s in the rear and 265's. I'm have 17" Tundra split 5 spokes w/spidertrax spacers and if I flex too hard my back tire will hit the rear flares and bind up. Do these have an internal stop at some point?

Yeah I actually saw that, but then when I skimmed through I saw his post contradicting the first page.... so I'm gonna assume he just forgot to update the first page, which would be helpful, so people like me wouldn't need to skim 13pages for the answer.

The length uncompressed is 5.25". Fully flexed and with all the weight over the bump stop, it measures 4". So it looks like 1.25" in compression.

Bump stops are what limit up travel. Toyota installed short rigid 2" bump stops from the factory. the problem is when we lift our trucks the OEM bumps are then too short. My bump stop was designed to work with lifts of 2"+. My bump stop is also dual durometer, meaning no hard contacts and smooth progressive dampening.

Ah! I can see the confusion. Sorry about that, I have made the correction. On page 1, I was referring to my 5.25" VERSION of bump stop as I offer two sizes. a 3.5" for stock hieght trucks and a 5.25" version for lifts of 2"+. So, on page one I was trying to specify that this was a pic of my 5.25" version being compressed. I can see how that could be easily mistaken.

Got it fixed up now!

Added 300lbs to the rear to help compress/test the bumps-

These bump stops are the perfect size for me. I need to trim some spots, as I'll hit the flares and body before the bumps will stop it. Of course, sitting flat is a completely different story. Gonna leave the weight back there to help compress the suspension more while I test the bump stops.
Tires are 315/70R17 KO2. They're about 33.5 actual inches tall. Rear springs are ToyTec Superflex, and shocks are 5th gen OEM Tokico. Sway bars with OEM endlinks attached front and rear.
