I searched but couldn't find a answer to identify this item.

Before starting a post with questions I generally search rather hard, I came up empty handed this time. While working on my truck I found two plugs that aren't being used near where you would install the second battery. Can you please identify these item or point me in the right direction if there is a post on these.

The first one was a horn (?)...not sure about the 2nd one.

I removed the horn looking thing when I installed my aFe and still have that plug dangling. I didn't realize we had a horn on the passenger side as I only knew about the ones in the front. After removing it I haven't noticed any difference in pitch or volume either.

I also was installing the AFE which is why I noticed this. So your saying that is the plug for a horn possibly on the Prado, or another configuration within the family? this was hooked up to nothing at all, just dangling...

The horn by the air intake is part of the security system. The other connector I'm not sure on.

I had to physically remove the horn, I never had the cord dangeling (until now) and I don't have a factory alarm that I know of...

2nd picture looks like a female side of a headlight connector. 9005 / 9006. A picture of the face side of the connector may help.

It is similar in design but placed on top of the fender just Aft of where the airbox is and facing inboard, I don't think it has to do with a headlight but I will take another photo

Based on the location, that doesn't sound headlight related.

...which if you don't have an outlet in the truck, it may be pre-wired for one.

Thanks, I appreciate it!! So if there's wiring on this end then there should be wiring to where the inverter would be located. All I would need to do is find a inverter and the wiring from the engine bay conncector to the switch (which would need to be purchased), correct?

Thanks for the suggestion, but my issue was a loose connector in the center tunnel (from when I installed the CB).

On the road in PA, so little time on here at the moment. Will be at Ducmonsta on Monday!
