The Acetone thing is a crock. We went over this years ago on our Dodge Trucks forum when it first started coming out on the net, and probably 30 or more folks experimented with varying ratios of fuel to acetone, and no one saw any difference to speak of. Some said it seemed they lost mileage, some said they gained a little, most said they noticed nothing different.
With the amount of plastics in the fuel tank, pump housings, fuel injectors, fittings, etc, I would not want Acetone in ANY ratio in my fuel system, because you dont know what plastics it might attack and cause it to eventually split and leak that would normally be unharmed by gasoline or ethanol or "gasahol" blends.
Your best bet for mileage, is tires, aerodynamics, and dilligent maintenance on the drivetrain, and of course, acceleration practices. The latter of those having the MOST effect on ANY vehicle.
