InfamousRNR's 2002 Limited BU!LD THREAD

Finally started working on some more mods for this rig after having a weird issue with a P0500 and an EVAP code after dropping the fuel tank to install a higher flow fuel pump in preparation for the URD 7th injector... long story short, I swapped 2 connectors. I retrofitted an e-locker with factory OEM wiring and the connector plugs happen to be the same... silly mistake but glad it was something simple.

I started to install my Group 31 battery but I was met with some issues... the terminals I got interfere with the spiker engineering hood struts, so for now, I removed one in order to close my hood.

my next step is to send the negative terminal to our buddy VIDAL METAL WORX to cut them up to clear my hood struts. I marked them to show what my plan is for the negative terminal - basically cut off one side and move the mounting hole over to gain more clearance. more to come on that when I get them back.

Who else on here is running a Group 31 battery? What was your solution for battery terminals? I decided to go with these long terminals because the factory wiring doesn't want to stretch very far and these brought back the mounting position closer to factory.

Looks great! Snowbound welds are siiic. I have a couple BD S1s under the end of my roof rack and the light angle isn't all that great (but they are blindingly bright). I chatted with Snowbound on IG a while back when they announced these and it seemed like my damn widdle wadder would interfere. Nice video - I may rewire my chase lights internally like you did. I was lazy and ran them externally down the A pillar in a KC wire hider. Live and learn....
