Instructions to remove door and console parts

Are instructions available anywhere to remove the door panel and center console parts? I've seen a few images posted and am hoping to get copies. Does something like a Chilton manual exist for our cars?

I want to see if its possible to remove the arm rest so that I can mount something behind it and need to remove the center console to run some wires and mount my radio faceplate
