interior lighting problems

Hi guys I have a 4R limited and I have changed out all my interior light for LED about two or three months ago and everything has been fine except for the dome lights in the second roll seats they will work for a week or two then stop working I have change them out four times has anyone had this same problem?

I just bought some cheap ones from China that alot of FJ guys have been using with no problems.Got the website from them and I bought 2 of them and have one under my hood and one in the dome light . Very white and bright and have had no problems in the couple of months I've had them.I'm very happy with them.

I purchased my LEDs from V-LED are noticed that the replacement bulb for that light (3175) is about 2mm longer than OEM. It wouldn't stay put. So I crimped the ends slightly. Still not as good a fit as I would've liked but seems to be ok. Good luck.

Are these burning out? Very unusual for LEDs if so. Have you tested them in another spot after they go out?

I've had LEDs in my entire interior for months without a problem.

Super Bright LEDs ? LED Lights, Bulbs, and Accessories is where I bought mine. No problems yet after several months. Just put more of them into my wife's car too. The comment about the LED bulb being too long is spot-on. Super annoying...but I got mine to fit also. I have taken it out and put it back in at least four times and no problems (did that because I was splicing wires to the back of the unit to go to the cargo area). Sounds like a defective batch...I would contact the vendor you bought them from and raise hell. Maybe also run a meter on your dome light housing to make sure there isn't an overload of power going to the dome light...then that could be a Toyota warranty issue.
