Joining the 6112/5160 club this weekend!

My XREAS is failing so I decided to go with an upgrade!

Ended up going pretty smooth install wise. I love the way it looks now and especially how it handles.
Removed the XREAS system of course. Old system was leaking.

How are the CV angles and down travel with the spacer stacked on the lift?

I haven't tested the down travel and the CV angles are decent. According to 4Wheel parts (did the alignment) the angles are great.

Good to hear. I am considering whether to swap out my springs for something that can provide more lift or do spacers. A bit torn. Bilstein said that they discourage spacers, as many others do.

Perhaps it depends on what your goal is for the vehicle you're lifting. Personally, I won't be using mine to it's full potential so the use of a spacer in addition to Bilsteins works well for me. I did consider no spacer, but after seeing so many builds here using them, I thought I would give it a try.

I did use Photobucket yes, but I just changed it and used this sites photos. Hopefully they can be viewed now.
Front hub to fender = 24.5"
Rear hub to fender = 25.5"

That's crazy that yours sits so much taller. I have my 6112's on the top setting and I'm only at FR: 21.75", FL: 21", RR: 23.5", RL: 23.5". I need to figure out how to get mine to sit higher!
