L & r heads the same ?

Greetings all. I am replacing the head gaskets on a 93 4runner v6 3.0. My question is, are the left and right heads the same, and if there is a difference, how do you distinguish them ? Thanks for any help.

Pay special attention to that last post... I believe he is correct. There is a bit of a larger 3.0 following over on Yotatech, I would perhaps try posting over there.
