3-4 inches after a week or two of settling is my guess...
unless you have or carry alot of gear (hundreds of pounds)

That is exactly what I just put on mine. Same exact color codes. Mine probably sits .25" lower now, the pic is immediately after installed.

Pretty sure those are the colors and length of mine as well. It was pretty raked when I first installed them but after carrying my motorcycle on a joe hauler hitch mounted carrier a few times it's settled to about 3.5 to 3.75" lifted.
Carrying the bike is part of why I went with the LC coils.

Off of a '97 Landcruiser.
Purple/Green/White - 8 Wrap
2xPurple/Blue/White - 7.5 Wrap
The 2x Purple is only maybe a quarter of an inch shorter. I just got them today and haven't actually measured. But this just means the longer one goes on the driver side because of the weight issue. I'll post pictures as soon as it's on my rig.

Picked up a set of LC coils for $75 at the local toyota salvage lot. Not sure why but mine seem to be slightly different than what it says in the FAQ. It's kinda hard to tell faded colors on old springs but best I can tell the FAQ says should be one of these:
19.25" Double Purple Dark Blue White 8 wraps
19" Double Pink Light Blue White 7.5 wraps
18.5" Double Pink Grey White 7.5 wraps
Best I can tell & measure they appear to be:
18.75" Double Purple/Drk Blue/Wht 8 wraps
18.5" Double Pink/Lt Blue/Wht 7.75 wraps

Could you please explain the "weight issue," I'm about to buy some LC springs off CL.

What type of load do you usually run with?
My 9 wrap lc coils give me close to 6 inches of lift empty, but when I had 300 or so pounds in the back storage box/sleeping platform/tools/subwoofer see my build for pics, it dropped 2.5-3 inches... for me that still gave me a good 3 inch lift.
if you run more than that or tow regularly, you could go with some OME 861, they hold a bit more weight and dont compress as much... Glen Yoshida, Steeze and Snowrunner and Gerdo have all run 861s. I think now Steeze and Snow have Toytec superflex though.
Thanks Duhockey! I just got my LC 7.5 (19") and 8 (19.5") wraps in the mail today :naughty: . I was planning on running some Toytec spacers in the front. Will I get away with just running the one 2" spacer or will I need to use both of the spacers... Also, does anybody have the dimensions of the longer top plate spacer bolts I need?

honestly it depends on what you are running up front. do you already have a lift up front or are you just putting spacers?
2nd, do you want rake or do you want it the front and the back even?
If you want an even lift, you need a 3" lifted coilover or 3" spacer. depending on how much load you run in the back or how old the LC coils were, you may still be half an inch higher in the back. if you dont mind rake, go with a 2" but I wouldnt go with a 1" or smaller with LC coils in the back... I have some pics of about 1.5" lift in the front with a 3.5" lift in my build thread (in my sig, in the parking garage right after I put my roof rack on...

So.. erm if i was a load of flex, and i dont carry much weight in the rear. I want the 9s from a LC? In the rear? Then What should i do to level the front? I want to go big with 33s or 35s. I know ill have to trim around the fender but.. i wanna go big. Also i dont know anything about suspension

Have any of you switched your stock Pan Hard Bar to an adjustable one or the pan hard drop bracket after installing your LC coils? I am about to do this lift and I got the bracket but wondering if I should get the adjustable bar instead.

I'd buy a drop bracket for the panhard rather than go with an adjustable one. I'm running 9 wraps and still have my same pan hard mounted up.

I have 9.25 wraps on my 3rd gen, and although some may say it looks different with the stock panhard bar, it doesnt really. when I tried to re-connect it though, there was a good 1/2- 3/4 of an inch of space that needed to be moved. luckily my dad and I had a pipe-like clamp thing that we used to pull one end towards the other. I will be however, getting some 7.5/7.75 wraps soon.

The obvious rake is where the replacement 7.5/7.75 wraps come in, but playin in the snow in the front yard was fun.

I just finished putting on 7.5/7.75 wrap lc coils, and I think the total difference from the 9.25's was less than half an inch...... a little disappointed, but Im guessing I still have to wait for the "break in" period to be over even though they've got 220,*** miles on em. pictures tomorrow.
