Led turn signals on dash driving me crazy

I have a problem with my led turn signals, here is what I have done:

* Changed my halogen turn signals on taillights for some leds
* I already changed the flasher relay so it flashes at a normal rate and it does.
* Checked the rest of the lights(brakes, back up lights, turn signals, all work as normal)
* I had already done the switchback led mod, so my front turn signals were already leds.

The problem:
on the dashboard every time I put my food on the brake both turn signals become a solid green (the arrows).

Party mode:
If I turn my signals to left or right plus my foot on the brake both arrows start to flash.

Everything outside works as normal, the problem is inside with the arrows going crazy.

Also: Most of my dashboard bulbs are leds including the arrows, there are some 74 that I haven't changed.

Could it be that the rest of my taillights are still halogen bulbs?
A load resistor maybe?

Is this going on since install?

If so, I have the following thought. Your symptoms are much like what happens when a stock incandescent stop signal bulb burns out so that the filament from the stop shorts to the tail, or vice-versa). Perhaps your installation has a wiring defect that allows the same thing to happen.

I went ahead and put my halogen bulbs back for now, I did some research and apparently I need a resistor or a canbus free error led.

I think you had some faulty bulbs, the symptom you described can only happen one of two ways, a short between the stop lamp circuit and the tail lamp circuit, or a faulty tail lamp converter. Of course it's the same action, just a different delivery.

LED bulb conversions are happening all the time without this going on, but I do know that in the rush to bring more economical bulbs to market, we are seeing some really crappy products.

Here is a link to a place that has the canbus error free bulbs. But I don't think you need that. Still they would work just fine.
