My rims are also 17x9 with -12 offset and my tries are 285/70R17.I'm gonna have to chop my body mounts unless I buy aftermarket upper control arms to get more caster. It rubs at full lock and sometimes in reverse when the wheel is turned. I also had to trim the front bumper, move the fender liner forward, remove my front mudflaps and trim the fender in back of the front tire. It was worth it. The truck looks way better. I just noticed in your signature that you have aftermarket upper control arms, so you may not need the body mount chop if you get a good alignment.

Those wheels look great! I might have to jump into some of those eventually.
What kind of trimming did you have to do?
The shop I took it to removed the front mud flaps and cut a 1/2” or so off the bottom of the front bumper matching the line of the edge. I can’t see any trimming done to the rear.

Currently I'm just running a spacer lift made by Supreme Suspensions. It's a 3 inch lift in the front and two inch lift in the rear.

Not sure how unique I am with my tire size selection on my stock 18" rims, but not sure I've seen these tires posted here yet.
My 285/70/18 (33.2" x 11") GY Duratracs replaced by the Yokohama MT (newer design) at 295/70/18 (34.4" x 12").

I'm really digging this size and the beefier tire, but I did have to trim/cut and have a lot more before I can truly wheel them. Will post some action pics in a few weeks if there is interest.

That the size I plan on going with next. Did you have to hammer pinch weld down? I have a BMC already I'm just trying to gauge how much more I'll have to trim/cut

I already cut the body mounts also, and no, I didn't need to pound the pinch weld yet (not for daily driving).
I am going to try to put it through its paces this weekend (with basic supension travel) before I head to a real trail. After that, I expect to have quite a bit identified to remove/cut/bend/grind...I'll post pics from that.

just ditched my wk grand cherokee a couple days ago for this. still stock suspension but threw on some LT265/70/17 wildpeaks. moved the passenger liner up into the front bumper a little more, molded some with heat gun. only slight rub a full lock left moving forward. nothing backing up after i adjusted.
