My favorite color on the 4th gen.
Any rubbing on the tires?
I rub on the upper control arms when I go in reverse is full lock. I need to get some wheel spacers to solve that issue

+3 front, +2.5 rear. 285/75/17
Those look sharp! The Tuff wheels were one of my top 3, or 4 choices when I was wheel shopping before ultimately choosing the Fuel wheels I have. I like that you can change up the look on the Tuff wheels just by changing out those bolt on chrome pieces to a color if you want. I had considered doing the red accents since my truck is black just to give it a pop of color and tie in my red powder coated calipers.

Thanks, Im squeezing them tight. I had to chop a lot of body mount and plastic. The rear needs trimming now.

Rides and handles amazing. Stock control arms, no wandering. Don't carry heavy loads, so I chose coils with near stock spring rates.

Front: 9.5" Maxtrac suspension with Bilstein shocks, Stock uppers (for now)
Rear: 7.5" Bilstein shocks, not sure what else has been done to the rear
Wheels: 20x12 Gear's, Not sure which ones
Tires: 37x12.50r20 Ironman M/T
03 Limited V8 2WD, True dual straight pipe.
Scrubs in front about one rotation of the wheel to the left and right. Also scrubs in back over washouts.
Rear: 7.5" Bilstein shocks, not sure what else has been done to the rear

Installed 1.5” wheel spacers to fix the rubbing issue I was having when turning in reverse. I had to do a lot of trimming to fit 275/70/17 BFGoodrich K02’s

What kind of trimming did you end up doing? I'm going with the same size tire and am lifted about 2.5 up front.
I have FJ springs with adjustable Bilstein 5100’s on the 1.75” setting. I had to cut a lot of the plastic liner inside the wheel well and I had to cut about 1/4” of the front right fender at an angle
Finally got every thing put on.
Wheels: Stock 2004 rims
Tires: 285/75/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
Suspension:
Front- Icon 2.5 extended travel coil-overs and JBA UCAs
Rear: Icon 2.0s with reservoirs and Icon 2” springs
With the stock rims it was rubbing on the UCA so I had to throw a set of 1.25” spacers up front. Will be getting new rims to get rid of those ASAP.
It is currently rubbing pretty good, before it went in I chopped the front bumper but it will also need a little trimming on the rear of the front fender. Doing the BMC tomorrow because at full lock it touches slightly. And the rear bumper will need slight trimming since it will rub when tucked.
I was expecting trimming which is fine with me, but one thing I was not expecting was the aftermarket front axles I have. They are smaller so fully extended they bind up. If anyone knows somewhere where I can buy a cheap set (new/used/refurbished) of OEM axles I would really appreciate it!
