Lift Gate - brake light, wiper, window, defogger, etc. won't work

I've researched the other forums and applied the fixes (lower/raise rear window, readjust rear wiper) but my problems exists. I have not disconnected and reconnected the battery yet and normalized. These problems seem to have arised after I had the liftgate replaced due to an accident:

2007 Sport 4WD V8
1. Rear window will not operate using key fob.
2. Wiper/fluid sprayer will not opertate.
3. Defogger will not operate

Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You will need to do the computer reset thing.

Where you open your sunroof and close it a few times, lower your liftgate window and raise it a few times and as well as driver window to re-activate all these features again.

The malfunctioning brake light is a different problem that won't be solved by "relearning" of the rear window position sensor.

Sounds like "everything" in the tailgate is dead, including the brake light?? Some people have a problem with a limit switch that tells the system the door is closed (safety crap so you can't run the window up/down with the hatch open). Could be something to do with that...

However, that has zero to do with that brake light. I don't have a schematic but I wonder if these all share the same ground point? If the jokers at the body shop failed to reconnect a harness or ground point I'd lean toward an issue like that.
