Liftgate glass switch question

Yesterday when I had the center console top off I noticed quite a few wires in one section of the wire harness for the liftgate glass switch. I have an SR5 and I'm wondering if maybe the swich on the Trail or Limited models illuminates. Can anyone confirm?

I don't know about illumination, but the number of wires might be explained by the fact the switches (inside and outside on the hatch) are tied into the rear wiper or interlock. If the window isn't ALL the way up, the rear wiper won't operate. Don't ask me how I know this!

The switch is not illuminated. That harness under that panel has the wires that feed the heated seat switches as well so that is why there are extra wires. Off the top of my head, i know the following wires do the following...

Green - Illumination circuit +
Gray - Illumination circuit -
Blue - Switched 12v (not sure what it is for)

There are two of each of them because they went to each of the heated seat switches.

Thanks for the replies. My SR5 doesn't have heated seats so I guess that why maybe only a portion of the wiring harness has so many wires.
