265/60r20

Anyone running 265/60r20 on the stock limited rims? Yes, I searched and am seeing no results other than someone asking the same question a couple years ago...

Would like to run true 32" set up with some more sidewall than the typical 275/55r20.

We have a 2016 Limited stock for now, but will be putting a slight lift on before I get the tires. Have the Eibach pro shocks front and rear and Eibach pro 1" lift springs for the rear. Deciding between the 1.75" and 2.5" setting for the perch on fronts. Want to maintain some rake so we don't do the Carolina squat when loaded up for camping/road-trips.

I think the tires should fit with just a fender liner adjustment, but if anyone has input I would greatly appreciate it.

Transformation complete. 6 weeks ago this was a limited. You wouldn’t know that anymore. A lot of time and work has gone into this build. Happy to have it done (for now)

I welded up some Coastal Offroad sliders a few weeks ago, and then put the 4Runner back to work. I have the stock plastic pieces for the front where it meets the flare/fender, but haven't decided if I want to run the rocker protection down the sides or not. It's not quite as visible as I thought it might be.

I am, I am. Dealer had them installed when I bought it new. BFG KO2's. Also had a front end level by RevTech. There is a slight rubbing on the front of the fender liner at full lock in reverse. BFG recommends a min. 7.5" rim but the stock 20's are only 7". No ill effects on handling or ride. I'm expecting that they may wear more in the center. When they need replacing, I'll go with the SCS Stealth 6's in 17" with 265/70R's like I did on my '13 limited.

Made the liner adjustment on the '13', but too old and lazy to do the '19'. Not that bad of a rub anyway. HAH!

My leveling lift is only 1" maybe a bit more. I'm thinkin' you'll be OK. KO's also have very square shoulders. Another tire may be OK. Good luck!

Finished my front bumper Limited to a TRD Pro conversion this past weekend. I'm real happy with the end results. Old to New pictures below.

That looks amazing I was thinking about doing the same how hard was it did you do it yourself? How about the sensor on the bumper

I did do it myself. It was a little time consuming but other than that, not too difficult. I had a body shop paint my front bumper for me. I traced the hole from the limited front bumper using cardboard and then traced it on the front bumper of the offroad/pro front bumper but upside down since the angles are reversed between the two bumpers.

Where did you put the spring perch on the front? .85 or 1.75"? You put on the Eibach 1" lift rear springs? Looks good!

I have the Eibach pro shocks front and rear as well as the pro lift 1" springs for the rear sitting in the garage. Waiting for it to cool down before I do the install. Pretty set on going 1.75" in the front, but still considering the higher 2.5"...

Front perch is set to 1.75” and yes, the rear coils are the 1” lift Eibach’s.

I also considered going the 2.5 setting with a higher coil in the rear but didn’t feel comfortable with the coils being “pre-loaded” that much and assumed it would make the ride a bit more stiff.
I do like the stance better now. Front was way too low.

I know that a lot of ppl run them at 2.5 with no issues.

Hello! Just wanted to contribute to the thread. For those thinking about the TRD Grill & garnish, do it! Here's the current state of my MGM Limited. Yellow fog light bulbs, chrome delete (vinyl wrap) + TRD Grill and Garnish.

I'll be following your progress as a fellow Oregonian with a nightshade. I haven't seen too many mods for them yet.

I want to add the trd grill as you did but qith the 2020 it has a.small black box in the bottom garnish do you know what is it called and wpuld I still b able to do the conversion

Most likely your bf can do it as it’s all plug and play. Parts and paint for the front/rear bumper ~ $1600.

This is just a rough estimate as you’ll still need a used crash bar and headlight support brackets
