Looking for a URD & Meth injection tuner

1997 T4R 2nd Gen S/C Devils Own Water/Meth injection, URD Fuel Management. I'm looking for a Tuner familar with tuning this set.

Did you find anyone? I really need to get my 7th injector set up tuned. I know Im running rich and losing power and MPG's because of it. Driving to Phx would be a fun day trip if you have someone who is good.
