So don't remove that plug, does it get in the way of the sliders being flush to the frame?
Also how many bolts did you receive? I got 2 for the bracket and 12 for the sliders to frame.

Nope, it doesn't seem to get in the way... Maybe because the 2 bolts are on the other side
I got 12 bolts also plus the 2 bigger ones for mounting the extra bracket... Maybe on the drivers side back you don't have to use 3 (there are no instructions so not sure) but since I can I'm going to fill every hole that takes a bolt... All the "empty" ones in the pics don't have threads to screw into except the drivers middle one that I'm going to buy a bolt for.

Agreed... More is always better in my opinion, but these feel ridiculously solid, even with the missing bolt.

Got some naval gelly in the drivers middle hole today to clean out the rust with it and some dollar store pipe cleaners... This was my first time using the stuff but it worked flawlessly! Also picked up a grade 8 bolt (m8 x 1.25) and put it in, so now all possible bolts are on the sliders.
Then, just because I'm anal, I covered the bolt heads with liquid electrical tape so their less likely to rust.

Powder coated.. Just received it this afternoon and installed it within the hour. =) haha. It wasn't easy, that thing is heavy trying to lift it by myself.

Curious [MENTION=108461]nevetsvsx[/MENTION] How are they looking after a few months? My last coat of (bedliner) is drying now.
Slightly faded and a little dirty on the bottom because they are a bit challenging to clean but after sliding on a few rocks with them I'm pretty sure the rocks got scraped by the sliders instead of the other way around as I cannot find a scratch on them. I can't recommend these sliders along with the with bullet liner enough!!! They have certainly saved me thousands in bodywork already!!
Which bedliner did you use?

Is there a purpose to the bump out by the passenger door, or just more step?

Rustoleum's. Couldn't get the rear bracket (top bolt) to tighten straight so I'm missing a bolt, but they're on TIGHT. Better pics in the daylight to come!

I had a similar problem because one of the holes was rusted about half way in. Naval jelly and some cheap pipe cleaners fixed that without a problem.Rustoleum's.
