MODE Steering Wheel button Stuck

Hi, my MODE button on the steering wheel got stuck as in once you press it; it won't come back up till a few seconds later. I'll see if it keep repeating, the button was working fine till yesterday. Has anyone experience this?

Sounds to me like maybe you have something sticky holding the button down - did you spill a soda or ice cream, etc.?

I haven't had an issue with mine yet. Sounds like your up for a visit to the dealership.

Nope, I'm so anal that I haven't had food in the 4Runner. Now the button comes up but the button is still finicky. I'll add a video soon. Like kingpin said, dealer visit is probably the best idea.

EDIT: Just tried it, no difference really.


EDIT 2: Today, the button is back to working normally, man this button is experiencing that time of the month I think!
