Chee six shootahs! That axle looks good. Wish I had a need to go through with an SAS. I'm going to manual hubs on my IFS here soon and bypass the ADD when I set it up. Really digging the build you're doing.

Step 4: Modify fan shroud cuz the 1 that I thought was correct wuz for a 2.7. I had leftover resin from before, so I’m waiting for it to dry.

Here’s the picture of the 2 fan shrouds. The shorter of the 2 is for a 2.7 and the taller 1 is my 3.4. I cut 3” off the taller 3.4 shroud and used resin and fiberglass.

No not yet. Trying to source some wheel hubs first for the manual conversion since they are harder to find.

Did those batteries just barely fit between the headlamp and the fuse box? Can’t tell if you moved the fuse box back from the pics. Wondering if I can squeeze my battery that direction but it’s a little longer then yours
