Here's how i did it:
What you'll need:
- Large Flat Head Screwdriver
- Small "mini tool" flat head screwdriver
- 10mm Socket Wrench
To replace any push-button switch (in this case, the DAC bulb is the one i did) you'll need the small amber bulb (Part # 90010-01088)
Use the large flathead screwdriver to CAREFULLY pull the ashtray/tranny display piece of the console upwards (it doesnt take much! just a gentile pry upwards! You dont want to damage the vinyl or worse, tear it!).
Pull the unit up and out. The plastic clips should pop out relatively easily.
The push-buttons have tongued-clips that can be squeezed and pushed upwards to access the bulbs.
(I already removed mine)
To remove the bulb, use the mini-flathead screwdiver, but be gentile! The plastic bulb-housing is soft. Turn counter-clockwise, it wont take much. Remove the bulb.
New bulb goes in the same way, only in reverse. Easy!
To replace the HVAC cluster buttons (the 3 "knobs") you'll need the long, green bulbs (part # 90010-09019)
First, push n' pop the small "cubby" beneath the HVAC controls.
Gently pull upwards, the cuby pops all the way out, place it to the side.
Use the 10mm socket wrench to pull out the hex screw beneath the HVAC controls.
To access the back of the HVAC controls & display, you'll need to pop-out the control module by first firmly but slowly pull UPWARDS on the bottom of the contols (it'll be tough, but dont worry...it will give way)
After that initial-pop, now put both hands to the side of the display and pull OUTWARDS...it will pop-out entirely.
Seperate the control wire harness from the back by pressing the clip's white plastic tab and pull it outwards, removing the entire unit from the dashboard.
Identify what bulb(s) you want to replace in the controls, remove them the same way as above (with the mini-flat head, counter-clockwise til loose, tip upside-down and it should fall out).

Replace with the new bulb, turn clockwise with the mini flathead turn until locked in place (which isnt far, and again, the plastic is soft on the back of the bulb so be careful).
To put the unit back into the dash, its simple. Start by putting the HVAC control cable back into the back of the control module (you'll have to reset the clock...sorry!). Insert the HVAC display into it's clip receivers (on the top-most area).
Then firmly but slowly push the bottom of the unit in. It will make a loud click or POP, but it's tough...dont worry, you wont break it.
That should do it! Youre good to go! U just gotta reset the clock.
