The floor was professional epoxy. I did it by myself once before and didn't like it that much (last about 5 yrs).

I donated or threw away anything that I have not used in 1 year.

I rode the road bike every weekend. I rarely ride the mountain bike anymore (sad story). I have the mountain bike there in memory of my best friend

Detailed the 4runner to hand it down to my younger son. The 4runner has been passed down twice now. I passed down to my older son and now it's down to the younger one. The older one need more gas efficient car to commute to college. It barely cleared the garage by 1". I had to take the roof rack down.
