Need a little help with headlight measurements

I have an 06 runner with the projector low beams and reflector high beams. I plan on pulling them apart, painting, and installing some halo rings. Does anyone know the measurements of the rings? Any help would be appreciated. Maybe someone who's currently painting there's, any help would be appreciated.
