need advice/recommendations: suspension/lift

I'm want to upgrade my suspension on my 2018 SR5. Since I am on the east coast and don't do rock crawling (mostly beach driving and forest roads) I don't need a major lift. I am looking for an upgrade that will firm up the ride over the stock suspension (nose dive is awful). Would like to stay below a 2" lift. The Eibach Pro Truck Stage One is a favorite on this site but I don't know if I want to go to a 2" lift. Does anyone have suggestions/recommendations for a system or a combo of shocks and/or springs that would fit my needs. Thanks in advance for your advice!

There are several options but first, if still on OEM tires you should replace those with any any decent street or mild AT tire. That will eliminate some nose dive and improve handling.

One simple option is replacing OEM struts and shocks with Bilstein 5100, and keep using OEM springs.

Another simple option is replacing OEM struts, shocks and springs with Eibach stage 1 or Dobinson springs and twin tubes. Depending on how many miles on your truck and how long you plan to keep it, this may be the better option. You can get lower than 2” lift with Dobinson and thought you could also with Eibach.

From there it can get complicated and a lot more expensive.

When I had my ‘19 TRD ORP, I had the Eibach Pro Truck kit. It was absolutely fantastic. It stiffened up the rid, leveled out my rig and eliminated the dreaded nose dive. I felt way more confident taking corners because it handle so well. Off road performance was incredible. Mind you, I didn’t so any rock crawling or extreme off roading. Just had some fun on off road trails. The lift itself was 2.5” up front and 1” in the rear. I highly recommend it. I have a ‘21 TRD Pro now and IF I decide to lift my rig (that’s a big IF) I’ll get Eibachs springs for the TRD Pro. That’d give me 1.6” up front and 1” in the rear. My only concern is my stock roof rack since it sits higher than the one that was in my TRD ORP and the parking garage at work has a limit of 6’8”.

look around for someone selling take of Foxs from the Pro.. that's prob going to be your best bet for "I want a lift, but under 2" "

other than that it boils down to budget... 5100s are probably best bang for buck, next best would be something from Dobinson

After that I would say a full system; it would be a big jump in price. Your ride quality would be amazing... Radflow and ARB BP51 is where I would start.
