Need some help with CB install

Pat,

I was looking at your antenna mount again and something is not right. The antenna should be insulated from the mount, it's not. Does that nylon washer have a lip on it that fits into the mount hole? If so flip it over and put it on top of the mount between the studmount and the vehicle mount ie; between the antenna and the mount. Not sure if I explained that right lemme know
