I just installed some steel craft running boards and on the drivers side of the car when Im driving I hear a sound like the body is leaving the frame like i didnt tighten the bolt enough after i installed them. I was under there 3 times trying to get the bolts tighter but they are as tight as they go. I think this was touched on somewhere else in the forum but I couldn't find it. If somebody has some imput on what it might be that would be greatly appreciated

Hey Shearerman, I mentioned this problem in a post this morning. The problem I had was that I adjusted the boards all the way to the rear because I had installed Husky mud flaps and didnt want the two front flaps to touch the boards. I think your problem relates to the same thing. The two bolts that hold the body mounts on each side need to be straight up and down before snugging them up. Also, I removed the rubber body mounts (they fall out ) and sprayed all 4 with silicone. If I were you, I'd remove the 4 bolts (two each side) and slide out the rubber body mounts ,spray them with the silicone and re install. But this time make sure the bars are more or less centered, without stress. Then snug them up.
