New problem uploading pics

Just had a fail trying to post pics in a thread.

Followed the same method as always. Resized to required size limit. Used "Manage attachments" to upload. The pics show in the preview but not in the saved post. Pic shows as a red X. Tried reloading using an edit and in a new post. Still nothing. Then I notice a pic in a prior post (from another user) that was previously visible (even yesterday, after the server move) is now showing a red X.

Had this a few years ago when I changed from IE7 to IE8. I needed to reload most of my pics so they would show up. Now those previous pics are still showing but some other user's recent imbedded pics aren't. Confirmed this on 2 computers: IE8 on XP and IE9 on Vista.

Not sure where to go with this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Downloaded the TrekLights...png from the previous post to my documents.
Uploaded to attach to this post.
Visible in the preview and the final post.

What about a jpg? A user says he can see my pics in the 4Runner Photo Game thread using tapatalk on a phone.

Ok, I think I know what's going on. Chatting with our CDN (content delivery network) provider. We have changed IPs and they didn't update their cache. Stay tuned.
