New Shoes Rubbing

I just added a new set of Duratracs. Now I am experiencing a little rubbing on the front wheel mud flaps.

Is anyone running 285's with the mud flaps?

How did you keep them from rubbing?

Thanks all.

Runner is already lifted with the Toytec Ultimate lift, front end aligned and new wheels and tires. Just trying to get rid of all of the rubbing.

Thanks again.

Park your car, and have someone turn the wheel all the way in one direction, see where it touches the fender liner, mark it with a colored sharpie or something, do the same for the other side. Use a knife to cut the area out or if you don't want to cut, get a heat gun and hammer that part in.

Wheels are 17" x 8"
-10 offset
level 8 MK6 Wheels.

I cut a portion of the mud flab away but needs more trimming. I also had to cut a portion of the front bumper cover. I was able to move the inner fender forward but the bumper cover had to be cut. A little more trimming and I should be good.

This is what my son and his co-worker did to mine.
