New stereo install on a 1990 v6

Anybody know the size of the rear speakers in a 1990 4 door v6? I'm gonna install a stereo and want to put new speakers in without cutting body.
Also-Did they put amps back there in 1990?

Since you have to take apart the rear to install new speakers, might as well take out the old ones and take them to the store and match them exactly.

^^^^this , it would only take a few minutes to take out the old speakers. As for an amp it may not have one, but i could be wrong

by the way, for clarification, I wasn't trying to be a smart ass with my post. I was doing some research into this same thing and got a lot of conflicting info. so i'm going to take apart the front and rear and take the speakers to the store for comparison, so that way I don't get the sizes wrong and have to deal with returning anything or fabbing anything, unless you're good with fabbing up things and you want to get bigger speakers and such. good luck with your quest, post up the sizes you get, will def help clarify sizes for good.
