New Suspension Parts Exaggerate Lean

So, after getting my new 5100's installed last week (fronts set at 1.75") and getting alignment done, it seems to have exaggerated the lean to the driver's side. Truck only has 4,000 miles on her, and when stock prior, it wasn't noticeable yet. But now I can definitely notice it and they measured it at roughly 1/2". And this was with an empty tank.

So I was a little shocked to find this, assuming the new shocks would "stiffen" the ride more, and not be softer to the point of accentuating the lean. So now I have to get some type of spacer to help with this. I came upon this while looking:

OME FJ rear trim spacer

Anyone have experience with this typical one? How long (how much?) would it typically take for a shop to install something like this on one side? Any other ideas to help with this. Wasn't expecting my new suspension items to make it less appealing to the eye.

So I was supposed to know that putting new shocks would make the lean worse? And yes, spacers to correct the lean has been discussed, but I was just wondering if anyone had used that specific spacer.

I dont understand why everyone gets in such a huff when someone creates a thread. Does it really affect your life that a new thread is posted that may roughly cover the same idea?

This is the most rude and ornery Toyota forum that I frequent, not sure why some think they are the gate keeper of questions and their sour attitude drives new members away.

Goto Tacoma World or FJ Cruiser Forums, the folks over there are pleasant, helpful and not one ***** about duplicate threads.

I think you are wrong. It's not the posting of a question that has been posted before.. It's the posting of a question that has been posted, and I quote "fifty eleven million times" and could have been resolved by a simple search. You think that some comments on this site are rude? Get thicker skin...No sour attitude here, just having some "harmless" fun.

By the way, I do frequent the FJ Cruiser forums, been a member there since 2007 and they are the same way. Don't fool yourself.
 
you can get a 1" rear spacer through cornfed suspensions and just put it on the driver side only. I remember many people being happy with that setup. That one spacer you linked that was for $15.99 would scare the shit out me!!

I had the dreaded KDSS lean and used the 10mm OME spacer. Easy DIY. Took about 45 minutes to install with hand tools and a floor jack. Worked like a charm.

And that was another thing that I was trying to get at with my thread. Does everyone that has installed the 5100's have the exaggerated lean after? I was worried there was something wrong with the install.

No. 7,500 miles later I am 1/4" low on the left side. Not detectable unless I walk around with a tape measure and allow my OCD to kick in. Bye the bye I weigh close to 300lbs. I think I can accept that my, um, manliness has caused it to settle a little on that side since I rarely have passengers. I do try to load my work gear to counter my weight though.

Have you even had the time to run a full tank out of it like I suggested last week?
