Hello all. First time poster here.
I bought a a 2000 SR5 model with the 3.4 V6 4Runner last Thursday. I've always wanted one so when this one popped up on Craigslist I went to check it out. The seller seemed like a trustworthy guy and the price was right so I pulled the trigger.
Here are a pics of it.
One thing it does need is front brakes. I was looking into BFAD's excellent 231mm 13WL Tundra brakes thread when I realized that my truck might not be riding around on the rims it originally came with. I like the way these look, but I'm hoping someone can help me identify them. They 16" wheels. Or at least they have 16" tires on them.
Based on the pics in BFAD's Tundra break upgrade thread, I'm guessing I have Tacoma/Tundra rims, but I thought I'd ask around here to get that confirmed. Ass-uming stuff can be pretty expensive - especially when you know very little about what you're assuming about. It would be really nice to know what I have before I start buying brake parts though. It would be fantastic if these wheels fit over the 231mm calipers!
One more thing to note. I bought this guy the day before I left for vacation. That means I won't be able to lay eyes on it again until 9/8/2014 if anyone has questions. I do have more pics of it on my laptop but none are closeups of the wheels.
