New To Me Supercharger - Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

I recently picked up a SC online and was told it had about 70k miles on it. Now cone oil was replaced and has 9k miles put on it since then. I was told that it would have all the install hardware with the exception of a few small vacuum hoses.
Looking at the parts list from the install manual, I'm feeling like all the bolts are not there or at least matching up (size wise). I was hoping a few of the SC owners or 4runner gurus could chime in and help me sort everything out.
I'm also planning on getting the UDR 7th and UDR Pulley as well but I want to sort the parts thing out first.

I've been reading up on all the great info that is on this forum before tackling this project and am really looking forward to getting to work on my 4runner.
As a fall back, can anyone recommend someone in the Bay Area that can help me install this and not break the bank (like the dealerships would).

I should add that I've ordered:
new check valve
new belt
new TB gasket
nose cone kit (figure I should have a baseline to start from)

I've also read that DENSO Iridium Spark Plugs IK20 are needed as well, should I add that to the list?

I went with IK22's (one step colder) to fend off detonation until I put on a 7th injector setup.

at a quick glance it looks like you have everything you need minus those hoses.
for me the only and easiest way I figured what hoses I need was do the SC install and see what hoses/ t fittings/ adapters I needed to complete it.

there are supercharger hose diagrams at the end of most of the trd supercharger install pdf's online.
it will help you route which hose where and so you know what hoses you need.

hoses are cheap and when I did my install I spent a good $5-10 on misc hoses.

its very straight forward and for the 7th injector when you buy the kit they will come with IK22s

Like awpsome said, at a glance it looks like you've got the majority of the parts that you need on hand. I'm also running IK22's, btw.

awpsome thank you as well! I just downloaded the FSM and now I just need to get a couple days off of work to get this done!
