Thanks! They've definitely grown on me, I think I'll keep them, as long as I can get them balanced. Had them balanced twice now, still got something shaking at 35-40 mph. Alignment this morning didn't change much, other than confirming that my rack bushings need replaced (the new ones are in the mail).

nice aggressive look but i agree maybe the chrome doesn't work as well. Wonder if you could do the bumpers the same color as the wheels....?

Thanks, I think I'll try to match the bumper to the flares. I do want some accents matched to the wheels somewhere on there, maybe roof rack when I get it? Kind of a 'grey on top and bottom, black in the middle' thing?

I've had the tires balanced twice now, still not good. I'm going to have them put on a better machine where they can tell me for sure if a tire is bad (my suspicion..). I accidentally let it slip that the tires were retreads (they never noticed) and he was immediately like "Well, you just answered your own questions. There's your problem!" and walked away. Don't think I'm gonna get any more help from them...

Hope the balancing/ alignment issues get worked out easily. I am surprised to hear that the offset makes such a difference in the steering feel, I was looking into ordering some spidertrax spacers but might have to reconsider.

I know this is old, but I wanted to let you know that it was the tires that made the handling poor, not the wheel offset. Those were TreadWright tires, and they were D rated. The tires were A) not round, and more importantly for this issue B) extremely heavy. I sold the wheels (thinking they were the issue) and put the stocks back on and it still felt like crap. I've since switched to a much lighter tire (P rated Dynapros) and it drives normal now. Makes me wish I hadn't sold those wheels.....

Anyway, just wanted to give you an update if you were still considering the spacers.
