so i did a quick search and the only place I could find was in Marble Falls, not sure if it lets actual SUV's but you can always call and find out.

I used to own a Subaru WRX and for a while if you have ever been down volente road and limecreek area - they had places where you could drive up the hill to look at potential home sites that overlook the lake. Since then many of those places have been built on - but you absolutely had to have 4x4 to get up the trail to look at the homesite and the realators wanted you to go up there and look. There used to be a ton of trails back there as well but I doubt you can anymore.
Also there is a pretty good 4 wheeling group around here for toyota tacomas that go around the hill country area and 4wheel.

Hi guys i dont have a 4runner anymore. But i know a couple places to try out ur 4x4. There is a place in phluger vill that i go to with my truck club. And a place in george town. Im only 16 but have been muddin for years. So maybe next weekend we can meet up and go t pvill if its not dry, i checked the forcast and if it rains enough wensday we could go sat .if its wet enough u mite want to bring tow straps. Btw dont be freaked when u see the mo truspassing sign at first because it goes threw construction land then gets to thd land we are allowed to play on. U can also try to rock crawl a little to. Just email me at [email protected] if u want to go. My names jordan put a subject on it so ill know who it is.

there are a good amount of offroad parks with in a hour of the Austin area. just do a quick google search, it honestly kinda makes me jealous being up in Dallas:brick:

Was in Austin last week for some training out at Camp Mabry. Found this area along 2244 and 360...
