i dont know if you are set on OEM, but rockauto.com has Denso o2 sensors for a lot cheaper. upstream like $58 and downstream $67. i dont know about shipping though, and im not sure about which to change first. i change them together, but probably downstream (post cat) first if you really cant do them both.

I just had a thought, my car blows a heap of steam or moisture out the tailpipe on a cold morning. More so than most other cars I know. After about 10 mins though it doesnt blow any at all, about the same time my car starts behaving itself.
I assume its just condensation in the exhaust system, but can/should it take up to 10 mins to be blown out / burnt off?
Maybe the O2 sensor(s) are getting a bit screwed up by this excess moisture in the exhaust fumes.
water is a natural by-product of combustion, so on a cold morning you will have steam. if your o2 sensors are old anyways, then they need to be changed, and i seriously doubt the steam would hurt your new ones. if anything, with new o2 sensors you may have less steam because your car will prob run more efficiently, faster.

And I've always been made to believe that the O2 located after the muffler is the only one that counts.
Also try to get away from the "If I'm not absolutely sure that it's the problem, then I won't replace it" approach. Many times you will either never have complete proof that any one component will fix your problem (until you try it), or at best the replacement will only kinda address the complete problem. Professionals may have all the exact answers (although seldom do they, either) but the rest of us just sorta whittle away at the problems until they quietly and eventually go away.
Moral... don't cry over the things that you do (or replace) that don't completely (or even partially) fix your problems. It's just something else that you won't have to fix (or replace) later.
You may also want to use a regular treatment of Injector Cleaner for a while. One bottle per tank every oil change or two might do some good too. Big Red, ??44. There are others that work well too.

you need 2 same size tires on any one axle. like 2 same size on the front, and 2 same on the back. if you have torsion bar front suspension you can adjust your ride height from side to side. if you have coil springs, I dont know what to tell you. also looking at your pic your camber is not cool, the dude sounds like an idiot that just didnt want to deal with it, sounds like you need to try a different alignment place. I used to do alignments for hayes bros./chase tire and brake in sac. this guy dennis does them know and is old school, he knows his stuff. check it out.

The bucking and loss of power problem when your 4Runner is cold could definitly be the O2 Sensor. My 3.0 used to rev up to 1800 rpm when I started it at or below freezing, and it bucked around when the ECU was leaning out the mixture after about 10 minutes. I just thought it was the nature of the beast untill I changed my O2 Sensor, it now only revs up to 1500 and will idle down to a 1000 rpm with in 5 minutes or less. And also when you you order an O2 Sensor make sure it has the flange with it don't just get one that screws in because for me it didn't fit I had to get the flange from a local shop. Good Luck hope this helped.
P.S To retain your mileage you might want to adjust your ignition timing a little bit. The new sensor dropped my mileage 2 or 3 miles per gallon, I tuned it a little and I am back up to 19.5 and 20mpg.

Well, you could take it to a body shop that has a frame rack and have them check to see if it really is bent or that the alignment guy just doesn't like lifted vehicles, they can be a pain to set the alignment on.
By any chance are you running a K&N air filter? The oil from the K&N filter can contaminate the mass air meter. I have seen this many many times over the years, it causes all kinds of power issues, lean codes, ect.

Thanks for the help. And the tires in the back are both 33 12.50 but its the tires that makes it leans bc i switched them now leans the other way. And when add a new o2 sensor i should do what? and the truck is all stock motor and intake wise. And im thinking of taking it up to the snow what should i do before going up? Thanks for the feedback

I've been letting my truck sit for to long now i really have to figure this out. I have heard this story about jacking your front end up and checking any play in the front tire and it does have play in it from side to side. I know tie rod ends cause toe problems for alignment so how would you know if your tie rod ends? Oh its the passenger side tire that has play and makes a big clunk noise when the wheel is turned all the way going up a curb. any feedback is welcome thanks!
