Appears to be coming from the connectors in the middle of the picture. Just right of the fan.
When I touch them I feel a vibration similar to the noise I'm hearing. AC is off. Car is running.
It does not appear to be coming from the air mix servo like many other threads have pointed to. And I don't believe anything is in the fan as it happens regardless of the ac being on or off. I also tried the max temp lowest temp trick as mentioned in other threads and no difference.
This past weekend I went off roading so quite a bit of bouncing and a little mud/water. Nothing too major.
Only other thing to happen was my battery tie down fell off (thanks to the previous owners replacement not having the tie down attached to anything, something I wish I noticed before going out)
