Like my last post said, my Sliders finally came in Wednesday, and that night/Thurs/Fri night I added a coat or two of Rustoleum Hammered Finish Black spray paint after being primed with a Rustoleum metal primer. (Tuesday I took my rocker panels off the rig so I didn't have to deal with that this weekend).
Here they are when they arrived:

Today I did the rest, that is:
1. Disassemble and cut (with my friend the Ryobi Angle Grinder) the Rocker Panel (take chrome strip off for paint, and take the metal bracing off the panel). After cutting them I was left with this (the slim amount of Rocker Panel that went back on the car is not pictured as it was, on the car):
2. Mount the Sliders! I used jack stands to get them close to the mounting holes on the frame and then ratcheted them in with the supplied bolts, locks and washers, the install was very straight forward!
3. Then I painted the side strips and reassembled the slimmed down Rocker Panels, they just barely fit, but I like the look of the tight fit.

Like always, the excruciating wait to get the product was well worth it in the end as they are of top quality and seem to be really heavy duty!

I just realized i never posted the pictures! i remember taking them in reference to this thread but yours are pretty much the same thing!
Looks good against the white
My trim looks pretty close to the sliders like yours.. im still debating whether i want to cut a groove in the rocker towards the chrome strip to make the slider more apparent, or if i just want to keep it close.
