I sent money 15 days ago, sent a follow up PM yesterday asking for an ETA, have seen no decals, nor have I received a reply to my follow up.

Seller seems like a stand up guy, will wait until 5 August before I file a dispute with paypal.

I apologize for not responding right away. Life gets hectic sometimes and since yesterday was my twins birthday the day was all about them and not me checking my email. Since you feel like you need to make some sort of threat I will just go ahead and send you a refund.
