I believe the stats in the article you linked come from the New American foundation. Not the same article I read, but the source is the same I believe. Do you have any ACTUAL information to discredit their information??

we need to get our noses out of all other countries business. we are not the world police. we need to stop trying to help people that do not want our help. we need to stop giving them our money, and we need to stop taking their "refuges".

so yes, an immediate cease and desist of all foreign aid in any form.
