Paint or powder coat shop in the stockton area?

I just recently order some sliders in bare metal, and either i am going to paint them myself, or if anyone can recommend me to a shop that can powder coat them for me? I am not much of a painter, but am willing to try it out if the price to coat them is overly price. Any recommendation on paint, primer, prep, etc would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
